Project details
In order to secure sales of CLAAS machines in Eastern Europe and especially in the Russian Federation, the company invested in Krasnodar in southern Russia and opened the first combine harvester plant of a Western manufacturer in Russia in 2005.
Initially, on a hall area of approx. 5,000 sqm with an adjacent administration building, delivered components were assembled into CLAAS combine harvesters made in Russia.
CLAAS made another investment decision in response to the desire to produce high-quality, innovative harvesting technology locally. Currently, a dedicated manufacturing facility for CLAAS agricultural machinery is being built in Krasnodar, which will start operations shortly. Starting with the development of the first layouts for the arrangement of the production areas together with the factory planning of CLAAS, we accompanied the further planning phases and the construction management in Krasnodar.
